Tyler was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The service was superb and fast. Tyler sprayed down my whole kitchen and part of my dining room due to a hitchhiking roach in one of my appliances. My expectations were more than met and he even went the extra mile to provide some extra spray for my wife’s car that transported the appliance. Not very happy with Guard up as I’ve been paying 150 a month And I’ve had mosquito bites all summer while swimming in my pool and my car is inside my garage, stink like rats and the mice are eating away into my cupboards in my kitchen and all over my yard and eating the wires and the bonnets of my cars I’ve been paying 150 a month for a very long time and trying to communicate with them. I’m sorry the front desk person on the phone is dozy and slow. Then the tech shows up and says he waited 45 minutes for me to tell him what to do and he did not my surveillance cameras. Tell another story the person that signed us up probably two years ago now was hungry for business and they talk a good talk, but they haven’t been able to walk a good walk and I’ve been paying 150 every four weeks and as you can see, I’m a very unhappy frustrated customer trying to get to speak to a manager or the owner on the phone is impossible. You have to go through the sleepy dozy front desk person who’s consistently annoying either refund me for the last eight months or more since my problem has not been fixed for a very long time or come and bring everything you need to conquer my house of mosquitoes and mice. Thank you.
